The Maaka Indians live in the North West of the U.S. at the uppermost part of Washington State and above. They and the Nootka tribe weave some of the most delicate baskets. This is one of them. It sports 4 ducks on the lid and two ducks on the body between two boats with two hunters in each boat. It measures approx 3 1/2" in diameter in the body. It dates to the first part of the 20th century. Just a SUPER basket and I do not see a single fault. The best quality and price Price $ 395.00
