This is a GREAT original drawing of Jean Harlow. It was done by artist Alfred Panepinto of Spring Mount, Pa. who died in 1994 at the age of 83. This drawing came from his estate sale. He was an architect and artist. He designed buildings for Thomas Jefferson College, Columbia and Villanovea Universities. He also did a portrait of Pope John XXIII which he took to Rome to have the Pope autograph it. He then donated it to his Church. He sent this drawing of Jean Harlow to her for her autograph but was signed by "Mama" instead with the inscription "To Alfred--A Real Artist with my Sincere Best Wishes--Jean Harlow". It is also signed by the artist below the chin and forward of the neck "Alfred Panepinto". As you can see on the drawing-there is some moisture staining around the perimeter of the drawing but not into it. I doubt that there are many items as choice as this of Jean Harlow. Pictures--yes. Original Drawings--NO ! Here is a chance to own a gem !
